Terms & Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions are mandatory for all bookings, booking requests or contact made via website www.apartmentsinprague.co.uk that is being operated by JANALEX APARTMENTS - Dr. JAN CHLEBOUN, Odlehla 326 Praha 9, 190 00, Czech Republic (EU), Business ID 16925629, (thereinafter JANALEX). All legal and authority correspondence should be addressed to JANALEX APARTMENTS - Dr. JAN CHLEBOUN, Odlehla 326 Praha 9, 190 00, Czech Republic. You (thereinafter Client) hereby confirm to accept these Terms and Conditions on your belhaf and all persons included on your side.
2. Any booking made or order placed by the Client shall be deemed to be an offer by the Client to purchase the relevant accommodation and/or travel arrangements subject to these conditions. The contract between JANALEX and the Client takes effect upon the reception of the confimation with the booking number after JANALEX receives the payment or the consent to charge Client's credit card as a guarantee. If not stated otherwise, Client is required to pay after the stay at booked property.
3. All listed properties are available on request booking base – credit card number, name of the holder, valid to period and CVC code as a payment guarantee are required for succesfull confirmation. Payment quarantee details can be delivered via online booking request form at JANALEX's website, faxed within 24 hours after initial booking request. In individual cases a full amount may be charged via online payment services or bank transfer prior to booking confirmation.
4. Where JANALEX is unable to confirm the initially requested accommodation an alternative offer will be sent to the Client's email.
5. All prices are given in € (EUR) for informational purposes only. The payment will be executed in CZK (Czech crown) according to the actual exchange rates quoted by the Czech National Bank.
6. Accommodation in Prague Apartments - contains one single, one double or more beds, extra beds are usually availabe for additional charge. Some Apartments can hold more than 5 people, a group terms & conditions will be applied then. Further details will be specified in the individual offers.
7. JANALEX does not endorse or recommend any particular accommodation or travel product. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this web site is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this web site (including information about travel products, tours and accommodation facilities) is published in good faith but the Client acknowledges that JANALEX cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers. Photos and images used on this website are for illustration purposes only. While JANALEX aim to ensure they bear relevance to the service to which they are connected, they do not necessarily represent the exact service Client(s) will receive. If any problems arise during the Client stay, JANALEX will take all necessary steps to solve the issues. These Clients complaints must be delivered to JANALEX while staying at booked properties in Prague, not after leaving.
8. Hereby the Client pledges that she/he is over 18 years old and is legaly authorized to enter this agreement and use the website according to the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. The Client accepts financial responsibility for all her/his possible use of JANALEX website as well as the use of the Client's name and credit card account, from which will be covered all payments for JANALEX products and services ordered through JANALEX website. The Client declares that all the provided information about the Client and all persons included in her/his use of JANALEX website are current, accurate and true.
9. The Client accepts the responsibility for passport, visa and health requirements for her/himself and her/his party. To arrange travel insurance against cancellation and for possible medical expenses is highly recommended.
10. In cases when the Client´s group consists of students (up to 26 years of age) and is larger than 6 persons JANALEX will require a further deposit to cover the costs of potential damages. Further details will be specified in the individual offers. JANALEX reserves the right to provide for its Clients (i.e. groups or individuals) alternative accommodation of a similar standard in cases of unforseen circumstances.
11.JANALEX provides a free newsletter (an online publication) to all its Clients and/or persons that have contacted JANALEX via its booking forms, quote requests, emails, faxes or contact forms on JANALEX's website or associated websites. All these contacts become opt-in subscribers without a need for further validation. The newsletter is released on a monthly basis free of charge. Registered (opt-in) subscribers can unsubscribe anytime to the newsletter free of charge. Registered subscribers can forward the newsletter to their family and friends free of charge.
12. Cancellation Policy
For detailed conditions of the Cancellation policy consult individual accommodation facilities web pages. In case of cancellation, the Client will immediately receive a confirmation by email. The usual cancellation notice period is 48 hours prior to arrival. During this period no cancellation charge will be incurred. With a cancellation after this date a cancellation charge will be incurred. It is usually the cost of the first night.
13. Any complaint about the ordered service must be notified to JANALEX in writing or by email as soon as possible.
14. JANALEX reserves the right to change these terms without previous notification.
15. Links to Third Party Websites
JANALEX website contains links to websites operated by parties other than JANALEX. Those links are provided for the Client's reference and convenience only. JANALEX does not own or control the content of those websites and is not responsible for their content or Client's use of them. JANALEX does not endorse the content of any of those websites.
16. Limitations on Use of Website
As a condition of the Client's use of this website, booking request through JANALEX, or using any of the information, data or images from the website, the Client warrants and represents to JANALEX that the Client will not use this website or information, images or data on the website, for any illegal purpose, or for any purpose that is prohibited by this agreement. The Client also agrees not to: modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, display, license, create derivative works from or sell any product, services, information or software obtained from this website.
