1) So, what kind of apartments you offer? Do we pay for the whole place per night - or per person?
Our Prague apartments offer consist of various types of apartments. In general, we offer fully equipped apartments (since the apartments could be rent out for a mid terms. e.g. weeks to months, too) suitable both for families, weekend breaks and some are stag/hen friendly too.
All listed properties have one bedroom apartments, about a half of the provided numbers has two bedroom apartments. There is a separated kitchen with all dining stuff (or smaller kitchenette in studio apartments), all apartments have its own toilet and bathroom(s). However, there are few three bedroom apartments and only one large four bedroom apartment in our offer.
Due to its historical center location, not all apartments have a lift in the building - please specify, if requested.
Car parking is not free in Prague city center, except some places during weekends or nights. The apartments managers are happy to help with closest parking alternative though.
As for the pricing - there is always a base price for the apartments with basic occupancy, regardless how many bedrooms the apartment actually has (or how many people want to stay at the apartment). Every other person above basic occupancy price, sleeping at the apartment, is required to pay an extra bed fee.
While the basic apartment occupancy is always counted on regular beds, the extra beds may be at sofa beds only. Please specify during your booking if you require a classic beds or if sofa beds are OK too.
